Rebate Questions
Do I get the rebate at the time of install?
No. PSE rebates are paid after the installation is complete and the paperwork is approved, usually a few weeks later. You pay for the system up front and PSE sends your rebate directly to you. We’ll tell you exactly what to expect before work begins.
How do I know Four Seasons Comfort is really a PSE Trade Ally?
You can check for yourself. PSE lists its approved contractors on the Find a Contractor page at pse.com — search for us and you’ll see our listing. We’ll also share our Trade Ally details before you commit, and our Washington contractor license (FOURSSC774P5) is on every quote. If a contractor can’t show you they’re in PSE’s network, the rebate isn’t guaranteed, no matter what they promise.
What if my home doesn't qualify for any rebate?
It can happen. Rebates depend on what you heat with today, the equipment you install, and sometimes your household income — so not every home fits a current program. If yours doesn’t, we’ll tell you straight rather than promise a rebate that won’t come through. You’ll still get an honest quote on the right system for your home, plus any other savings you may be eligible for.
Can I combine a PSE rebate with other programs?
Sometimes, yes. A PSE rebate can often be paired with state, local, or income-qualified programs, and for eligible households, federal HEAR rebates. One thing to know: the federal 25C tax credit for heat pumps ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025, so it’s not available for 2026 installs. Program rules change often and we’re not tax advisors, so we’ll point you to what may apply and recommend confirming the details with PSE and a tax professional.

No. The figures shown are the maximums PSE lists for each program. Your actual rebate depends on your equipment, your home, and eligibility rules that PSE can change at any time. We confirm the exact amount that applies to your project before you sign — so there are no surprises later.
